Specialty Prints.

#1

Glitter

Glitter printing is a technique in which a special ink incorporated with glitter particles are then printed onto a material using our screen printing process. This creates a shimmering, sparkly effect within the design.

#2

Puff

Puff printing is a specialized screen printing technique in which we use ink containing a heat-activated, foaming agent. This causes the printed design to rise and create a "puff up", three-dimensional effect on the fabric, adding texture and depth to the printed designs.

#3

Glow in the dark

Glow-in-the-dark printing uses a special ink containing phosphorescent pigments that absorb light and then slowly release it as a visible glow when placed in darkness.

#4

Foil

Foil screen printing is similar to traditional screen printing, but an adhesive glue ink is used instead of plastisol inks. The foil is then cut in squares off of a large roll and placed over the glue adhesive print, then heat pressed. The heat from the press activates the glue adhesive and grabs onto the foil. The excess foil is then slowly peeled away while the glue print holds the printed design.

#5

High Density

High Density printing is a specialized technique that creates a raised, three-dimensional effect on the printed surface by using a thick, viscous ink. By applying multiple layers of it on top of each other, it results in a textured, high-detail print in comparison to standard screen printing methods.
